Nina Kinas - From Designer to Cook -

Who am I?

I'm a Luxembourgish-Brazilian chef and designer living in Helsinki. After ten years in design, I decided to follow my gut and leap into the culinary world. I graduated from Perho Culinary, Tourism and Business College and have been cooking in some of Helsinki's most exciting kitchens ever since.

I've always believed that cooking and design aren't that different. Both are about solving problems, telling stories, and creating something that feels just right. I bring that same creative instinct to every dish I make.
